How do I track my order?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for which means they are not step by step tracking. If you wish to use a different courier please email us as soon as the order is placed as once its despatched there is nothing we can do.
International orders are tracked, please email once despatched to get the tracking reference.
What are your delivery options?
We offer 2nd class (3-5 working days delivery), 1st class (1-3 day delivery) and next day delivery for UK order.
International orders take a 3-7 working day delivery estimated, Not Guaranteed.
How do I return an item?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, once the order is placed we do not cancel. There is a cancellation charge for any that wish to be cancelled.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates depend on weight and country.
Any Issues ?
We are only human, we are happy to rectify any issues made if reported within 24hours of receiving. The solution offered will only be valid for a limited time and we reserve full rights to change our minds based on the customers behaviour and timing.
